JUDY E. Age 70, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away Tuesday August 28, 2012. She was born on December 20, 1941 in Penasco, New Mexico and was raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, eventually moving to California to raise her family. She returned to Albuquerque in 1995. Surviving are her husband of 50 years, Andy; her four daughters Cindy Rodriguez and Larry Flores, Evelyn Rodriguez, Monica Rodriguez and Eddie Hughes, Sylvia Scholz and her husband Jason; four sons also survive, William, Gabriel, Robert and John and his wife Kelly Rodriguez; eight grandchildren Ashley, Olivia, Stacia, Kyle, Chris, Savannah, Alex and Nathan; one great-ganddaughter Brianna; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by one sister Elia Velasquez; three brothers William, Gerson and Ernie Martinez. Pallbearers will be Joe, Abraham, Isaac and Tomas Dean, Eddie and Kyle Hughes. Visitation with the family will be held Friday, August 31, 2012 at Salazar and Sons Mortuary from 6:00 to 7:00 pm followed by the recital of the Rosary at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00am Saturday, September 1, 2012 at St. Anne Catholic Church, 511 Alicia St., Santa Fe, New Mexico. Interment will follow at Rosario's Catholic Cemetery in Santa Fe. Mrs. Rodriguez was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, who loved her family and dedicated her entire life to them and those around her.
