CLAUDE (CC) Age 71, went to be with his Lord on August 7, 2012 in Albuquerque, NM. He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Dean Parr; his mother, Josephine Parr; and by his brother, Ray Parr. He is survived by brothers Frank Parr, Tom Parr and wife Selma, George Parr and wife Norma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who deeply appreciated the time he spent taking them to Bingo as small children and playing cards with them. He is also remembered for playing Santa Clause - most recently to the fatherless children in Los Lunas. CC was dearly loved and will be missed. CC retired from the Air Force and the service was important to him. He served in Viet Nam, Italy, Greece and Germany. Memorial services will be held at Riverside Funeral Home, 235 San Mateo NE, on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 10:00am. Burial will be held at a later date at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
