| SAMUEL (SAMMY) Age 71, a resident of Albuquerque, NM, was born on December 21, 1941 and died July 16, 2012 at UNMH. Mr. Tafoya is survived by his son Raymond Tafoya and was preceded in death by his son Charles Tafoya.
