XUYEN February 25, 1931- July 23, 2012 Wanting a better future for his young family, Xuyen Do moved his family to United States in 1975. He was a selfless man who put his family first, made many sacrifices and was dedicated to provide his family with a bright future. For most of his years in Albuquerque, he worked at Honeywell Inc. and put all his young children through college. His many friends remembered him as an honorable man and a generous and loyal friend. He will be remembered for his love, wonderful smile, great sense of humor, firm conviction and his zest for life. He is survived by his wife, Thuc Do; and a large family of nine adult children; 19 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Friends may visit beginning at 5:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 27, 2012 at French Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Road NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114. Mass will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 28, 2012 at The Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 11401 Indian School Road NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112.
