CAROL A. Age 90, passed away at home July 10th after a lengthy illness while surrounded by family. She was preceded in death by her husband Capt. Kenneth Tompkins and daughter Candace Adkins. She is survived by her children Tinker, Mick, and Colleen; as well as her grandchildren Shane, Trisha, Megan, Kevin, Kellye; and her great-grandchildren Mary, Jennifer, Carissa, Jake, Cade, and Candice. She will be laid to rest with her husband at Ft. Snelling, MN. The family wishes to thank Heartland Hospice, Dr. John Liljestrand and Donna and Yvette for years of support and kindness. Also a special thank you to Mary and Daisy A. Nielson for their love.
