DR. MARTHA J. Martha J. Mitchell, P.E. Ph.D. REMT-IV, Age 72, a resident of Albuquerque since 1983, died Saturday, June 23, 2012. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Michael Duggan of Albuquerque. Dr. Mitchell was preceded in death by her parents, Allan Shelley and Ina Pauline McMaster. She was a member of the Silent Thunder Buddhist Temple. Martha was a fellow of the American Metallurgical Society, a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, a founding member of the American Microprobe Society and also the Society for the History of Technology.
