CHARLES VERNON Age 70, born August 15, 1941 in Tyler, TX. A resident of Albuquerque for over 40 years, Charles went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 28, 2012, after a long illness. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Gloria Crawford; three sons, Charles Crawford Jr., Reginald Crawford, Anthony Crawford and wife; his daughter, Tambra Duty; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Charles is also survived by his loving mother Lorene Jones of Dallas, TX; his two brothers, Ledell Lewis and wife of Conroe, TX and Rev. John Crawford and wife of Dallas, TX; his two sisters, Anna Ruth Crawford of Dallas, TX and Mary L. Bonner and husband of Dallas, TX; many nieces, nephews and a great number of friends. Visitation will be Thursday, July 5, 2012 from 11:00-12:00 followed by a service from 12:00 to 3:00 pm. Visitation and services will be held at Faith Tabernacle Full Gospel Baptist Church, 7707 Zuni SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
