EDUARDO Age 84, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, NM went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 27th, 2012. Eduardo is survived by his wife, Tillie of 55 years; his three sons, Steve Apodaca, wife, Liz, James Apodaca, wife, Kathy, Michael Muniz, wife, Connie; his two daughters, Elizabeth (Jan) Lobato, husband, Joe and Diana Pacheco; sister Patsy Sartin; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Eduardo was preceded in death by his parents Vicente and Agueda Apodaca; brothers, Abel and Louis Apodaca and sister, Carol. Eduardo was a proud Union Representative of The Local #1564. Throughout his life Eduardo worked at Barbers and Safeway grocery stores. He also served as Secretary Treasurer for the Bernalillo Central Labor Counsel. Eduardo proudly served in the Navy during World War II. He was loved by many and will be missed. Eduardo was a member of the Catholic Church. A rosary for Eduardo will be recited July 2, 2012, 7:00 p.m. at French-University Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 3, 2012, 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 833 Arizona Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park with full military honors. Friends may visit French-University location starting at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 2, 2012.
