PHYLLIS ANN Beloved mother of Michelle Snider and Sherry Mayfarth, passed away on May 27th from natural causes. Phyllis is survived by her two daughters; son-in-law Keith Mayfarth; grandchildren Michael and Christina; and great-granddaughter Madaline. Phyllis was an active member and volunteer at her church, and a volunteer at Presbyterian Hospital. Her ready smile and gentle laugh shall be missed.
