Obituary for GALLAWAY

Published in the Albuquerque Journal on Friday April 27, 2012

TIMOTHY HAROLD Age 59, a resident of Albuquerque and a devoted Christian, went home to be with the Lord in April 2012. He is survived by his father, Dr. Ira Gallaway of Wilmore, Kentucky; daughter, Genevieve Gallaway of Dallas, Texas; son, James Adam Gallaway of Dallas, Texas; former wife, Deborah Trapper of Dallas, Texas; his brother, Jerry Gallaway of Lindrith, New Mexico; sister, Cindy Ward of Georgetown, Texas; brother, Craig Gallaway of Birmingham, Alabama; eleven nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sally Gallaway. Harold was born in Houston, Texas and named after Harold Lindille, a dear friend of Ira and Sally Gallaway. He lived in the Dallas area until he was 17 when he then moved to Hawaii. It was there in Hawaii that he learned his craft and became a master carpenter. He later moved back to the mainland where he married and had his two children. He had a wonderful sense of humor, a probing and creative mind, and a glimmer in his eye that always meant he was preparing to say something funny and smart. Always the dapper dresser, with a flair for western attire, he was rarely seen sans his cowboy hat. Services will be held on Friday, April 27, 2012, 3:00 p.m. on a private estate in Lindrith, NM. Friends who wish to attend may call Genevieve Gallaway for directions at 214-642-6806.
