Obituary for ROBINETTE

DEAN M. SR. Age 86, passed away April 6, 2012, in Las Vegas, NV. He was born to Elmer I Robinette and Wilmyrth Layton Robinette on August 19, 1925, in Claypool, Arizona. He is survived by his wife, Stella of 62 years, of Albuquerque; son, Dean M Robinette, Jr. (Rob) and wife Colette; and daughter, Pamela Sue Currans, both of Albuquerque; brothers, Marden and wife Norma, Larry and wife Joan; sister, Angela Whateley and husband Henry; five grandchildren, Serina, Shawn, James, Kayleigh, and Madison; two great-grandchildren; six nieces and one nephew. He accepted Jesus as his Savior at the age of 17 and attended First Baptist Church where he and Stella met. He attended Albuquerque High School and the University of NM. He served in the US Army Signal Corps stationed in Germany during WWII and in the Korean Conflict. He was engaged in real estate and construction in Albuquerque and in Pahrump, NV, the past serval years. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Elmer and Bryon; and one sister, Martelle Pope. A graveside memorial service will be held April 28, 2012, at 10:30 am, at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuq., NM.
