LAURAMARIE GATTI Age 91, born on November 12, 1920 in New Orleans, LA to Cecile Acardi Gatti and Joseph Arthur Gatti. She was predeceased by her seven brothers and sisters; and her husband, Clifford Theodore Backlund. She is survived by her daughter Dr. Tunell Backlund Watts (spouse Wayland K. Bell) of Albuquerque, NM; grandsons A. Chapman Watts, Jr. (Angela Watts) of Phoenix, AZ and James Chandler Backlund Watts (Ashley Smith) of Boulder, CO; several nieces and nephews; special friends Debra Lucas of Edgewood, NM and Anna Powell of Partlow, VA; and cats Shelley Mac and Tyrone. She relocated to Albuquerque from the Mississippi gulf coast following hurricane Katrina. Cremation has taken place, with a private ceremony for the immediately family to take place at a later time.
