PAUL P. SR. a lifelong resident of Albuquerque and an avid Denver Broncos fan, went to be with our lord on Sunday, March 25, 2012 , at the age of 74. Paul is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 52 years, Mary; son, Paul Jr. I; grandson, Edwin Saavedra; and brother, Alfred Gallegos. He is survived by his children, Eugene "Chip", Paul Jr. and partner Ken, Diana Gomez and husband Aaron; grandchildren, Danielle, Tara, Janell, Susan, Felicia, and Amanda; step granddaughter, Jasmine; 9 loving great-grandchildren, as well as other family members and friends who love and will miss him. Services will be held at St. Josephs on the Rio Grande, 5901 St. Josephs Drive N.W., Albuquerque, on Tuesday, April 3, 2012. A Rosary will be recited at 8:00 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00am. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 North Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe, at 1:15pm, with US Navy Honors.
