ALLYNE CORRIE Loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, born February 5, 1951 at Keesler AFB, Biloxi, Mississippi, peacefully departed early Friday morning March 23, 2012 to join her Lord in the presence of her loving family. She is survived by husband, William H. Cox Jr.; father, Max E. Corrie; brother, Charles T. Corrie; children, Sean Cox, Shannon Teske; and grandchildren, Kirsten Cox and Haley Teske. She suffered a near lifetime-illness, hepatitis C due to a blood transfusion during surgery when she was a child. She lived a full, joyful, productive life until recently, cancer. This lady was loving, courageous and always put the needs of others first. She was a skilled home decorator and enjoyed outdoor gardening. She was dedicated to serving the Lord through church activities as teaching Sunday school. A special memorial will be held by Rev. Perry Sanders at Fairview Methodist Church in West Union on Sunday, 1 April, 2012 in West Union."
