HENRY WILLIAM "HANK" After battling a long illness, Hank passed away peacefully at his home on March 15, 2012, at the age of 84. Born in Long Island, NY, and a resident of Albuquerque since 1979, Hank is survived by wife of 61 years, Frances; his son Robert; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Marshall Bechdol; three grandchildren Taylor Hildenbrand, Beau and Amanda Bechdol. A proud Navy Veteran of WWII and Korea, Hank was a hard working man who lived simply. He worked his entire life with furniture and furniture repair, becoming known throughout Albuquerque, within the trade as an expert craftsman and artist. Hank was truly dedicated to his family and believed in his country. He loved fishing, gardening, repairing and restoring old clocks, and his NY Giants! His passing has left a void in our lives and an empty space in our hearts. Memorial and military services will be held Friday, March 23,2012 at 6:00pm, at Daniels Family Funeral Services, Wyoming Chapel.
