JOHN THOMAS Age 48, a resident of Cochiti Pueblo, NM entered eternal rest Wednesday, February, 15, 2012. He was born November 9, 1963 to Ramona (Chavez) Grimley in Santa Fe, NM. He worked at Santa Fe Indian School and Cochiti Pueblo impacting many lives as a teacher, mentor, and coach. He enjoyed playing the drums and farming. He is survived by his wife, Phoebe Grimley; son, Joseph Grimley; daughter, Valerie Grimley; grand-daughters, Athena and Sophia Grimley. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ramona (Chavez) Grimley; grandmother, Manuelita Chavez; and grandfather, Nat Chavez. An eight day Mass celebration will be held at Cochiti Pueblo Church at 8:00 am on Sunday, March 4, 2012.
