RAYLYNN RENEE Age 16, was born on June 26, 1995 and raised in Albuquerque, NM. She was given her wings to fly home to God on Thursday, February 23, 2012 in her home surrounded by her family and friends.. RayLynn lived a full and joyous life, despite the disease she carried every day. She was a loving and caring child that opened her arms and heart to everyone. RayLynn is preceded in death by her sister, Savannah Montoya, her grandpa, Louie Benavidez, her great grandma Helen T. Gonzales, great grandpa, Jose M. Baldonado, great grandparents, Delfino and Lucy Saiz and her best friend, Judy Krivanek. RayLynn is survived in life by her loving parents, Daniel and Jennifer Gonzales, her siblings, Andrew, Isaiah and Alyssa Gonzales, her father Anthony Benavidez, grandparents Danny and Luci Gonzales, grandparents, Frank and Susie Saiz, grandmother, Patricia Benavidez, great grandmother, Betty Baldonado, great grandparents, Eusebio and Erlinda Montoya and a large number of aunts, uncles and cousins and an immeasurable amount of friends. A Rosary and communion service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at St. Frances Xavier, 820 Broadway, SE, Albuquerque, NM. Funeral Services will be held at The Believers Center, 320 Waterfall Drive, SE, Albuquerque, NM on February 29, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers for RayLynn will be, Danny Gonzales, Sr., Andrew Gonzales, David Saiz, Richard Ortiz, Jacob Edwell and Raymond Montoya. Honorary Pallbearers are Carlos Perez and Donovan Marquez. A reception will be held following the interment at Wool Warehouse, 518 First Street, NW. The family is requesting all attendees of both services to wear her favorite color, purple. There is an account established in RayLynn's name at the New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union for any cash donations.
