MURRAY MURRAY SILVERMAN, 91, passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2011. He was born on September 21, 1920 in the Bronx, NY to Russian immigrants, Bella and Max Silverman. He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years Ruth Leah Baker of Providence, Rhode Island. Murray is survived by his loving daughters, Carol and fiance Phillip Crace, Mindy, Shelley, and son-in law David Foster; as well as friends of the family and loyal dogs Duke and Autumn. Murray was a WWII Veteran where he served as a navigator in the Army Air Corp. He joined Sandia Laboratories in 1956 and transferred to Albuquerque in 1962. He worked on special projects in the South Pacific, Nevada, and California. After retirement, he had his own business, Aztec Technologies, in which he developed automotive testers. He enjoyed working on his computers, building circuits, emailing and Skyping right up until the end. Dad loved his three daughters, whom he called his "three points of light"; he loved Cherries Jubilee ice cream, liver and onions, and mom's potato salad. He had a great, dry sense of humor that will live on in our everyday lives. We miss you Dad!
