Funeral service 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Ascension Lutheran Church, 842 N Tyler Rd. Chris was preceded in death by his sister Dianne; grandparents Leroy and Flora Churchman, Matha Rush and Clyde Rush. Survived by his children Christopher Churchman II, Quartzsite, AZ, and Ashley Churchman, Phoenix, AZ; parents Charles and Carmen Churchman, Wichita; grandchildren Jacob Lee Churchman and Autumn Marie Morrison; siblings Linda (Terry) Cochran, Wellington; LeNita (Mike Russell) Jordan, Derby; David (Marsha) Churchman, Martinsburg, WV; Daniel (Vicki) Churchman, Leesburg, GA.
