SEFERINO "FRANK" T. age 68, a resident of Los Lunas, NM passed away on Friday, October 21, 2011. He proudly served his country in the United States Airforce. Frank loved fishing, sports, carpentry and most of all spending time with his family. He was involved with the community including youth involvement, politics, facility improvement, Elks Lodge, Moose Lodge and the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his parents, Antonio and Alcarita Lucero Pando; brothers, David Pando, Dan Pando and Joe Companio and nephew, Gabriel Pando. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Anna Martinez Pando; sons, Vincent Pando and Michael Pando and wife, Aislinn; daughter, Veronica Pando-Dixon and husband, Phred; grandchildren, Jack, Brian, Seffi, Marcus and Matthew; sisters, Marcella Branch and Sally Arellano and husband, Sam and brothers, Pete Pando and wife, Phyllis, Paul Pando and wife, Annabelle, Richard Pando and wife, Mary and Eddie Pando and wife, Carmen. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. All services will be held at the San Clemente Catholic Church in Los Lunas, beginning with a viewing at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 24, 2011 with a rosary to be recited at 10:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held in Cleveland, NM at a later date.
