EVELYN M. Age 95, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2011. She is survived by her niece, Carol Gardner and her husband J. Charles of Reading, PA; cousin, Dorothy Brockman and her husband, Glenn Stone of Peralta, NM; two great-nieces, Robin Sheetz and husband, Carl of Fleetwood, PA and their children, Kelly and Bryan Sheetz and Kathy Herr and husband, Mike of Wyomissing, PA and their son, Max Herr; and many dear friends. Evelyn was preceded in death by her father, Emmett Coblentz; mother, Norma Coblentz; sister, Mabel Cowen; brother-in-law, William Cowen; and niece, Marlene Cowen. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA and raised by her loving parents, Norma and Emmett Coblentz in the little village of Enon Valley, PA. In 1933, the family moved to Rochester, PA, where she met and married Clayton R. Willard, her husband of 61 years. In 1950, they moved to Albuquerque, NM, where she worked for Lovelace for 22 years, retiring in 1972. She was a member of P.E.O. Chapter S and Sandia Presbyterian Church. Services will be held Friday, October 21, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. at Bear Canyon Estates dining room, 4440 Morris St NE, with Reverend Tad Fish officiating. Interment will take place next to her husband at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
