JANET M. Age 80, went to be with the Lord on October 1st following a short illness. Janet was born in Milwaukee, WI, on December 12, 1930. She worked as a medical technologist in Albuquerque for many years. Most recently she was employed by Dungarvin. She is survived by three children, Diane Melk of Lincoln, NE, Jeff Miller of Oakhurst, NJ, and Scott Miller of Albuquerque, NM; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Kathleen Huelle of Cheyenne, WY. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Rev. Walter and Ermgard Gieschen; sister, Marilyn Meltz; granddaughter, Krissy Thomas. Her service was held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Edgewood, NM, on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 1:00 pm.
