ELISE VOGEL A longtime resident of New Mexico, died Monday, October 3, 2011 at the age of 91. She was born in El Vado, NM. Elise is survived by husband of 63 years, Clare Clement Koogler; sons, John C. of Brookeland, TX and William C. of Tucson, AZ; daughter, Elyse Ann Cullum of Parks, AZ; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Elise graduated from UNM and had her BA and Masters in Education and retired after teaching elementary education for 30 years in the NM Public Schools. There will be a private family interment at Aztec, NM Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to La Vida Llena Foundation, 10501 La Grima de Oro NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111.
