WILLIAM C. (BILL) William "Bill" C. Jones, 92, passed away peacefully at home Sept. 3, 2011. He was surrounded by his family as he went home to be with the Lord. Bill was born on Nov. 28, 1918 in Hilton, Oklahoma. After serving his country in WWII where he received the Bronze Star and Purple Heart, Bill came home to marry Evalee Harbour on Aug. 20, 1945 in Wichita Falls, TX. Bill, Evalee and their daughter relocated from Santa Barbara, CA to Albuq., NM in 1970, where they owned and operated Heidi Pies for 16 years. They attended Highland Assembly of God Church. In 1991, Bill retired and moved to Murrieta, CA Bill is survived by his wife of 66 years Evalee; son Gary of Chico, CA; Brenda of Murrieta, CA; four grandchildren; five greatchildren; nieces and nephews.
