JOHNNY Went to be with our Lord on September 3, 2011 with family by his side. He was born October 8, 1929. He was preceded in death by his parents, Basillio and Martha Montoya; sister, Tillie Cortese; brother, Eddie Montoya. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Bertha Montoya; sons, Leroy Montoya and wife Emily, Dennis Montoya; daughters, Nancy Montoya, Priscilla Montoya, Delilah Haley and husband Neil, Victoria Perez and husband Andrew; grandchildren, Joe Montoya and wife Carol, Tricia Delgado and husband Adan, Martha Montoya, Richard Lovato, Marissa Perez, Deseree Haley. Johnny was also blessed with seven great-grandchildren. His brothers are Filo Montoya, George Montoya, Arthur Montoya and wife Ray, Joseph Montoya and wife Sherrie. Honorary pallbearers are Robert Taylor, David Cortese, Ernest Duran, Neil Haley, Andrew Perez, Joe Jody Montoya, Jaron Perez. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Road Chapel, 4310 Sara Road SE and Meadowlark Lane SE, Rio Rancho, NM.
