ARDIS Age 45 was called home on Saturday, August 27, 2011. She was surrounded by family and friends and is survived by her beloved son, Zacary Houck; father, Harold Worland; two sisters, Denise Quam and Barb Forrister. Many would say that Ardis had a big heart and a wonderful sense of humor. She was a beautiful woman with an exquisite sense of fashion. Ardis pursued her career as a hairstylist for 20 years and continued to lovingly serve her friends, family and clients. She was a kind and generous woman and will be missed by all. A Mass was held on Monday, August 29, 2011 at Our Lady of Immaculate Conception followed by a lovely Zuni Ritual Blessing and Burial on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 in Zuni, New Mexico where she was laid to rest.
