NINA Nina, 89, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2011 at the home of her sister. She was born on August 12, 1921 in Beaumont, Texas and was the daughter of Grace Saludis John and Zachanias John. Nina was reared in the central Texas town of Brady. She was valedictorian of her high school graduation class, received a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Texas, and then earned a degree in education and a Master's degree in Counseling. Nina moved to Albuquerque in 1958. She was preceded in death by her ex-husband, G. Milton Wing. Nina is survived by her sister, Sylvia Ferguson. Friends will be told of a memorial to be held at a later date.
