JACOB ALLEN Age 27, was born on March 4, 1984 in Carlsbad, New Mexico. He passed away Monday, July 18, 2011. Jacob is survived by his parents, Bill and Sandy Nelson; his wife Renee; two children, George and Abigail; brother, Tony Nelson; two sisters, Candida Rael and husband Isaac, Vanessa Jaramillo and husband Jacob; grandparents, Bill Nelson and Shirley of Deming; grandmother, Nadine Nelson of Rio Rancho, and many other family and friends who love and will miss him. Jacob attended school in Albuquerque and graduated from Freedom High School. He had recently attended Central New Mexico Community College and was interested in environmental studies. Jacob was an avid hiker and particularly loved to explore the Jemez Mountains. Services will be held the First Baptist Church of Alameda, 8818 2nd St. NW., just north of Paseo del Norte, on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at 11:00 am.
