ELEANORE M. Age 92, a resident of Rio Rancho since 1978, passed away on July 21, 2011. She is survived by her daughter, Christine Tilley of Rio Rancho; two grandchildren, Stephanie Licari and Kirsten Tilley; four great-grandchildren, Ariel, Melissa, Austin and Andrew; great-great-grandchild, Lezleigh; two sisters, Patricia Ramig of Waukegan, IL and Marion Murphy of Phoenix, AZ; and numerous nieces and nephews. Eleanore was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, John W. Jacoby and son, John H. Jacoby. Ms. Jacoby enjoyed helping others and did volunteer work, most notably with free clinics. She always told others that she considered herself a survivor of the Great Depression. No services are scheduled for Eleanore per her wishes.
