JOSE ANSELMO Born in Bernalillo, NM on October 15, 1927, passed away peacefully after a long illness on July 13, 2011. He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Gabrielle C de Baca. He is survived by his sister, Marcella Garcia; daughter, Kathy and her husband, Steve Garcia, daughter, Becky and husband, David Gonzales; granddaugher, Desiree and husband, Johnny Harwood; great-granddaugher, Hope; grandsons, Javier, Marcos and Andres Gonzales. Anselmo retired from Kirtland Air Force Base after 32 years. He was a faithful volunter with the Optimist Club at Lobo Football and Basketball games for more than 20 years. He served in the Air Force for 4 years. Services will be held at Heaven Bound Ministries, 4311 12th St NW on Saturday, July 16th at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial.
