BRUCE ALAN Passed away June 2, 2011 after battling cancer. He was born November 14, 1949, in Fargo, ND. He moved with his family to Albuquerque as a child. Bruce attended Sandia High School (class of '67) and University of New Mexico. He graduated from UNM School of Law in 1974. Bruce was preceded in death by his father, Lewis Larsen. He is survived by his mother, Harriett M. Larsen; his sisters, Jo Cito and Susan Larsen; nephews, Michael Cito (Allison), Marc Cito (Alana), Joseph Cito, L. Ian Larsen; and his beloved dog, Cybil. Most of his career he practiced law in Hobbs, NM. Bruce enjoyed hiking, fishing, and was an avid reader, particularly of history. He always enjoyed his dogs. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bruce's honor to City of Albuquerque Public Library, 501 Copper Ave. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. Services will be held at Our Lady of Annunciation Church, 2610 Utah NE, Thursday, June 9, 2011, at 8:30 am. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7500 Paseo Del Norte NE.
