MAXINE P. Age 86, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on June 3, 2011. Mrs. Romero is survived by her sister, Lupe Tarin; her brother, Augustin Provencio and wife, Helen; a special niece and nephew, David and Mary Garcia; and many other nieces and nephews. Mrs. Romero was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Leandro Romero. Visitation will be Monday, June 6, 2011 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW, with a Funeral Service to be held at 7:00 p.m., Deacon Pablo LeFebre, presider. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, June 7th, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Garcia, Mark Garcia, Tony Sigala, Carlos Sigala, Matthew Sigala, and Chris Jimenez. Honorary pallbearers will be Daniel Sanchez, Pedro Llanez and Augustin Provencio.
