SANDRA I. August 24,1946 - May 22, 2011. Wife, Mother, Sister and Friend passed May 22, 2011 after a three year battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Sandra was born and raised in Taos and lived in New Mexico her entire life. She graduated from the College of Santa Fe with a degree in accounting and worked as CPA. Sandra worked for All Faiths Receiving Home for 17 years; she retired as Director of Finance. Sandra is survived by her husband; sister; brother; daughter; son; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Her family requests that friends make contributions to the Muscular Dystrophy Association of New Mexico instead of sending flowers. A celebration of Sandra's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on August 6, 2011 at the First Unitarian Church of Albuquerque.
