Obituary for WARRICK

Harry Alfred Warrick had his prayers answered and was released from his suffering on May 9, 2011, the 50th anniversary of his Mother's death. Thomas Alfred and Agnes Myrtle Warrick raised a kind and gentle man. His wife of 66 years, Mary Edna (Beau) Warrick; their son Stephen Mark Warrick; and daughter Michelle Ann Staley survive him; as does a sister Agnes Marie Relph; and Mark's wife Debby; their children Deann Warrick Atchley, her husband Rob, Cheryl Warrick Morris, her husband Danny, Clifford Warrick and wife Allyson and Michelle's sons Michael and Anthony Staley; three great-grandchildren, Denny Atchley, Rylee Atchley and Kason Warrick also survive Harry. Harry was a Sergeant with the Army Air Force during World War II serving as a flight engineer. After farming in Iowa, Harry and Beau moved to Albuquerque in 1951 where Harry worked for Sandia Laboratory as a Mechanical Technician until his retirement in 1983. The family wishes to thank the many doctors, nurses and staff at Presbyterian Hospital and those at Presbyterian Hospice for the comfort and care given to Harry and his family over the last months. A celebration of his life and legacy will be held Saturday, May 14, 2011, 10:00 a.m., at French, Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW. Interment will follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park.
