Joe R Carrillo, a resident of Rio Rancho was born October 14, 1945 in Los Angeles, CA and passed away on April 30, 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Sr. and Rebecca Carrillo; three sisters: Isabelle Sarabia, Helen Lopez, Melinda Moulds; and brother, David Carrillo. He is survived by his loving wife Judie Jepson Carrillo; daughters: Michelle Garcia and husband Mike, Susan Jones and husband Dennis Sr., and three grandchildren Nathan, Savannah, and Dennis Jones. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday May 7, 2011 at Our Lady Queen of Angels Church in Rio Rancho at 1701 Tulip Rd SE
