The Cordova family extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who came to celebrate Phillip's life. Your words and actions are everything he would have wanted, a true celebration of his life work. Only instead of catching this time Phillip was the closer, and all our family his middle relief. The church was loaded, batting cleanup, and Phillip left with a walk off standing ovation. With a final tip of his cap out of the dug out, he was gone. We are touched by the by difference he made, as demonstrated in the respect and honor paid by all of those who attended.
