John J. (Jack) Landwehr passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 30, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Joanne; daughter, Mary Sauvageau and her husband, Edward; son, Lawrence Landwehr and his wife, Kelly; daughter, Lynne Goupil and her husband, Rocky; nine grandchildren, Kelsey, Kiley, Joey, John, Jessica, Lauren, Lindsey, Luke and Leah; his sisters, Pegi Quinn and her husband, Michael; and Joan Harrigan and her husband, Jim, brother, Patrick Riley and his wife, Delilah; sister-in-law, Camila Landwehr; brother-in-law, Michael Smith; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Roy and Sophia Landwehr; his brother, Roy Landwehr; sisters, Katherine Smith, Judith Moxey, and Sister Judith Ann Landwehr. Rosary will be recited Tuesday, April 5, 2011, 7:00 p.m., at French ~ Wyoming Chapel. Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, April 6, 2011, 8:30 a.m., at Our Lady of the Annunciation Catholic Church, 2621 Vermont NE. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:45 p.m. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Quinn, Rocky Goupil, Edward Sauvageau, Joseph Sauvageau, John Sauvageau, and Dennis Turnbull. Honorary pallbearers are the Annunciation members of St. Vincent de Paul Society. A reception will be held at the Landwehr home from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
