Donald D. Eilers, 81, a resident of Los Alamos since 1958, went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 28, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Lila Anne Eilers; daughter, Kim Baird and husband, Mike; and grandchildren, Devon Baird and Brendan Baird. Mr. Eilers served in the US Army during the Korean War. He graduated from Morningside College in Sioux City, IA in 1956. Donald worked for Los Alamos National Laboratory from 1958 until 1991. He was and Anne is a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Los Alamos. A service will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2011, 11:00 a.m., at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 2390 North Road, Los Alamos, NM.
