Henrietta Sandoval Meyer, an Albuqerque native born July 17, 1921, passed away peacefully December 29, 2010. She graduated from St. Mary's H.S. and Hotel Dieu Nursing School in El Paso, TX. She served as an U.S. Army Nurse in World War II and later as a nurse for Dr. E. Royer in Albuquerque. In 1946 she married Jesse B. Meyer. She is survived by a married son, Kurt in Salinas CA; a married daughter, Celeste, in Sacramento CA; two married grandsons; and three great-grandchildren. She is placed at Mt. Calvery Cemetary Albuquerque near her parents.
