Jeanette M. Eckart (Rouckus), 85, a resident of Albuquerque, NM, and previously Las Vegas, NV, passed away on Wednesday, February 09, 2011. She was born March 28, 1925 in Albuquerque. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 22 years, Joe A. Eckart. She is survived by her brother, Harry Rouckus, nephew, Randy and his wife, Karol, nephew, Mike and his two sons, Brandon and Kyle, step-son, J. Michael Eckart, wife, Cheryl and their two daughters, Danielle and Elyse. The family is extremely grateful to all who provided her with loving care over the last several years at Montebello Nursing Home and Ambercare Hospice. Her loving smile and cheerful disposition was a joy to all and will be sorely missed. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to the charity of your choice. Family and friends may visit on Sunday, February 13, 2011, from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m., at French - University. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 14, 2011, 10:00 a.m., at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd. NW.
