Clara Ann Lopez, 61, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on February 3, 2011. Mrs. Lopez is survived by her husband, Delbert; her children, Regina Lague and husband, Christopher, and Arthur Lopez and wife, Valarie; her sisters, Veronica R. Medina and husband, Bill, Josie S. Quintana and husband, Gilbert, Elizabeth Dees de Sanchez and husband, David; her brother, Raymond T. Sanchez and wife, Bobbie; grandchildren, Savannah Stansbury, Travis Lopez, Andrew Lopez, Isabella Lopez, Christian Lague, and Amanda Lague; Her Goddaughter, Michelle Medina; her Godsons, Jeremiah Manning and Tyler Quintana; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Lopez was preceded in death by her parents, Regino and Viola Sanchez; and her brother, Nicholas Sanchez. Mrs. Lopez was a member of the Catholic Church, was retired after 25 years of service from A.P.S. as a bilingual first grade teacher, and most recently was a math instructor at C.N.M. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 9, 2011 from 6:30 p.m., until 7:00 p.m., at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna Rd. NW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Gabriella Nieto. Final visitation will be Thursday at the Church from 8:30 a.m., until 9:00 a.m., with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Raymond Sanchez, Arthur Lopez, Travis Lopez, Andrew Lopez, Jeremiah Manning, and Christopher Lague. Honorary pallbearers will be Matthew Manning, Nick Medina, Tyler Quintana, Christian Lague, Roman Quintana, Michelle Medina, Regina Lague, Isabella Lopez, Amanda Lague, Valarie Lopez, Jacque Mascarenas, Lorrie Medina, Denise Espinoza, Raquelle Quintana, Danielle Sanchez, Melissa Sanchez, and Savannah Stansbury.
