George E. Montgomery, Jr. January 28, 2007 My darling Monty, Four years ago today you unexpectedly left us, and our world fell off its axis. All that was left for us to do was to continue to take one breath at a time and grope our way towards a "new normal." This has been a momentous year, which has made your absence all the more glaring. Meg graduated high school, Colin graduated college, and Brian found the love of his life. Natalie just gets smarter and funnier by the day, and as for me, I continue to breathe and find my way, looking forward to the day that I will see you again. I will always love you, my sweet Georgie.
