JoAnn Richter. Loving Daughter, Mother, Grandmother; Sister, Aunt and Friend died Tuesday January 11, 2011 and is now resting peacefully in the loving arms of the Lord. JoAnn was born in El Paso,Texas on December 21, 1951, a daughter to Annie Marquez. In addition to her Mother, she is survived by her three sons, Dominic Valencia and wife Melissa, Isaac Lujan and Nate Richter; five grandchildren; sister Rosalie Pacheco all from Albuquerque, N.M.; sister Cecelia Evans of Phoenix, AZ.; plus many other close relatives and friends. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and by all those whose lives she touched. Rosary will be held on Thursday 27, 2011 of January at 7:00 p.m., at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church on the corner 4th street and Alameda. Mass Services will be at 9:00 a.m., on Friday, January 28, 2011.
