Frances, 88, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2011 in Albuquerque after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her son Johnny Torres; and husband Cipriano Torres. She is survived by daughters, Beatrice Flores and Isabelle Madrid; and son-in-law Dennis; five grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sisters, Romelia Garcia and Rachel Almaraz; many brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are D J Madrid, Jason Flores, Leon Flores, Rich Nuanes, Mariano Flores and Jerome Flores. A rosary will be recited in her honor on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at 7:00 p.m., at Daniels Funeral Service Carlisle Chapel, 3113 Carlisle Boulevard, NE, Albuquerque, NM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cchurch, 5311 Phoenix Ave., NE Burial will be at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on Friday, January 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Frances will be greatly missed. She and Cipriano had hearts of gold.
