Grace P. Chavez loving, wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 28, 2010. Grace was born in Los Padillas, NM to Severo and Manuelita Padilla. Grace is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Vincent Chavez; three sons, John Chavez and wife Monica, Steve Chavez, and Paul Chavez; two daughters, Nadine Chavez, Patricia and husband Larry Weaver; four sisters, Lily and husband James, Flora and husband Gene, Annie Mirabel, Carla and husband Lawrence; one brother Richard Padilla; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Rosary will take place Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 7:00 p.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Funeral services will be Friday, December 31, 2010 at 9:00 a.m., also at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
