A. Kay Bishop, age 85, of Albuquerque, passed away Friday, December 17, 2010. Kay was born on the family farm near DeGraff, OH, to Howard and Aura Kaylor. She married William Adair during WWII. They had two children, Susan and Matthew. The family moved to New Mexico in 1957 where she resided the rest of her life. In 1975, she married Hugh W. Bishop with whom she enjoyed activities at the Country Club, golf, and traveling. After her husband's death in 1997, she loved spending precious time with her many close friends. Kay is survived by daughter, Susan Laylon and husband, Bob of Nevada; son, Matthew Adair and Shelley of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Amanda, Seth, and Jacob. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
