Lee S. Heiman, age 94, passed away on December 11, 2010 in Albuquerque, NM. Before retiring in 1977, Lee was a prolific writer and newspaperman. In 1940 he joined the staff at the Courier-Journal and Louisville Times in Louisville, Kentucky where he became editor of the travel and arts sections. He moved to Albuquerque in 2002. He was active in the Kiwanis Club of Albuquerque and was editor of their newsletter for over four years. He is survived by two sons and their wives; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. His memorial service will be held in Kentucky.
