Richard (Rick) Cramer, 92, of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, Dec. 5, 2010, at his home. Mr. Cramer was born June 3, 1918, in Newark, N.J. He was retired owner of Open Mind bookstore, a member of Science of Mind Church and Gold Wing Road Riders Association, former president of Toastmasters Club and a World War II veteran. He was active in the Senior Centers in Albuquerque Survivors include one son, Richard Stark Cramer of Texarkana; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cathy and Paul Pace of Texarkana and Liz and Ben Juarez of Fort Worth, Texas; one sister Caroline Jean Albretsen of Columbus, Ohio; and five grandchildren, Byran Cochran of Irving, Texas, Hannah Cochran and Wendy Crowell of Texarkana and Timothy Juarez and Caleb Juarez of Fort Worth, three great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. His special caregiver was Alice Anderson. Services will be 4:00 p.m., Thursday at First Biker's Church, 1116 Walnut Street, Texarkana, TX 75501 with Gary Don Sandlin officiating. Arrangements are under direction of Richardson Hill Funeral Home, Texarkana, TX.
