Obituary for MAGRUDER

Marjorie Trembly Magruder, a resident of La Vida Llena in Albuquerque since 2006, died Tuesday, November 23, 2010. In Albuquerque, she is survived by her daughter Sandy Magruder; her granddaughter Kira Baca and her husband Alex Baca; and her great-grandchildren, Alex Lee and Emily Kay Baca. Ms. Magruder lived a full and happy life. In November this year, accompanied by her children and grandchildren, she celebrated her 90th birthday by snorkeling and visiting ruins in Akumal, Mexico. In Albuquerque, Ms. Magruder was an active member of the First Unitarian Church and La Vida Llena. For over 60 years, Ms. Magruder spent summers at the family's home in Cuchara, CO. Before moving to Albuquerque, Ms. Magruder and her husband lived in Charlotte, North Carolina and Houston, TX. On Saturday, December 4, 2010 a Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 p.m., at La Vida Llena, 10501 Lagrima de Oro, Albuquerque, NM 87111. Next summer a Memorial Service will be held in Cuchara, CO at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, July 30, 2011. Please contact Janna Laudato at 202-236-1089 for more information.
