| Wayne W. Stell, Sr. passed away on November 24, 2010 in El Paso. He was 97. He served as an elder in the Church of Christ for many years. He was preceded in death by his wife Rachel; his son, Wayne Jr.; and his daughter Phyllis. He is survived by three daughters, Zoe Nelson, Janet Hall and Lisa Bishop. | |
